Don’t worry, we are here to help! If you are having any issues with your products, including in any case that you have received a product that is faulty or is in a damaged condition, please reach out to us via any of the methods on our 'CONTACT' page!

It is our priority that our patrons the highest quality goods, services & relationships from us, and we will do everything in our human power to ensure you get exactly that! However, & unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to exchange or refund an item if you simply change your mind.  

Digital Downloads Return Policy

As all downloadable goods are digital, they are deemed used once purchased, and therefore ineligible for refund.

PLEASE contact us before purchasing if you have any concerns or questions regarding the guides, tailoring, digital downloads, recipes, swaps and alternatives (& beyond).
