1. Send us a picture of your HERO uniform (can use templates in our free downloads, or start from scratch. Uniforms can be designs on paper OR brought to life)

2. Write us a short paragraph on what you as a hero represent. What's important to you? How do you want to make a difference? What do you want to change about our current world?

3. Tell Us your favourite food

4. Tell Us your favourite form of exercise (running, swimming, a sport etc)

5. Sign Up for Our Free newsletter or Subscribe to our YouTube Channel
